Global Warming 8(

Global warming is the increase in the average temperature of the Earth's air. Yes i do believe in global warming because you can tell that the summers we have are getting hotter and in antarctica, ice is melting and that's not normal. Also because of the harmful rising sea levels. the smart people say: Most scientist believe that human activities threaten to disrupt the earth's climate, our most reliable tempature data show no global warming trend, and the best strategy to pursue is "no regets."

RECYCLE!!!!!!

1. We recycle glass because it saves the equivalent of 9 gallons of fuel.
2. Recycling is better than reusing things.
3. We recycle by using your blue recycle rollout cart to collect your recycable.
4. The closest recycling bin is near our trash can.
5. Plastic can be made into soda, water bottles, milk jugs, detergent jugs, shower stalls, paint brushes, drain pipes, plastic lumber, and flower pots.
6. Metal can be made into cans, automobile parts, sidings, appliances, and building materials.
7. One way I can support recycling is to recycle.

         

Dear Mr. Dunn,

I think I deserve at least a B. Why? BECAUSE I DIDN'T REALLY MANAGE THEM ENOUGH.......BUT I WILL ONCE I GET BACK ON TRACK. HOPEFULLY I'LL UPDATE THEM OFTEN, LIKE EVERYDAY AND CHECK ON THEM WHENEVER I GET THE CHANCE.(OH YEA, I DID THIS SO I CAN WORK ON MY CAPITALIZATION, AGAIN...next time i'll get 80/80...

VOLCANOES!!!!!!

I think the most dangerous is a volcano because if you get in the way of a volcanic eruption you'll just die point blank.....I know if i get in the way of an eruption i'll die!!!! Even if i try to run away,(knowing me) i'll get tired and still die so, yea , a volcano is much more dangerous than an earthquake...an earthquake is just shaking the the surface a volcano is BURNING THE SURFACE...yeaa...

THE UNCOMFORMITY

The order of the rock layers are DAEBC. D, because it is very obvious that it is/was the bottom layer, E is next because you don't see it laying on top of A & D so that one is second, third is A because that layer was possibly on top of D, fourth, B, C is the yougest because it is on top of B so it must have occured after layer B was made. The first unconformity was that layer A was not following the principle of original horizontality. The other unconformaties were C & E because they weren't originally there.

1. A scientist would be able to tell the age of a tree by looking at its rings because the rings are the years that the tree has been there. Say for instance if you cut a tree down and you look at the middle you'll see a lot of light colored circles and for every line, it is a year.
2. This would be useful to scientist because besides rocks it also dates earths history.
3. I think this is an example of relative dating because of how the circle are in the tree and it looks like they are in order.
